   I travel back to the United Kingdom if the phone works very well for me. It is quad-band GSM, and that means it has a removable SIM card that I can use a pay as you SIM card when I returned to the UK, then put it back on the way back to the United states. Unfortunately, your support is limited to AT & T or T-Mobile in the U.S. as well as other institutions do not use GSM phones not sure why?. The phone itself that I bought in the United Kingdom, a 110/220V adapter for charging in other countries, which is a nice touch LG (I have a roast once a U.S. adapter by plugging in a decision of the United Kingdom, duh!) . It comes with a screen protector and the casing feels good and not too cheap. The touch screen itself is bright and easy to navigate and the inclusion of a style that fits in the bottom of the phone, very handy when SMS. The phone is a slot for a micro SD card up to 8GB, which is largely for MP3 and photo or video. I do not like that you are the included headphones for listening to music, as they are used not so good and the possibility of using third-party mobile phones have preferred.
   photo quality is not terrible, but like most camera phones quality is grainy, I use only rarely that I have a good digital camera for that. Overall this is a great little phone, i. the much cheaper and less bulky than the phone And if you Accessories, then eBay is the place to go, I took a leather case that perfectly fits great, and a car charger. I had the phone for 7 months now and I am satisfied so far.

   Update: I recently flashed the firmware to the latest mobile version V10n and the phone is much better.
   The touch screen works much better than before, and the scroll bar can now be used without the express strong. Install
   firmware is not easy and can be run on a Windows operating system, but also worth the time that the performance of the phone is so much better. Perform a search for v10n to update PM 500 firmware.

   I live outside the United States and the phone worked perfectly with the Guatemalan carriers, built a telephone valuable Almos every feature in other smartphones. The only drawback is that they do not have wifi, but the browser is very good, you can browse any web page, not just mobile sites.
   grand design is not big and bulky like the iPhone, it is easier to manage when you speak.

   The phone has many functions, but at least im gonna call that I love most.

   This is a very nice phone with great features. It has a rubbery feel to it (not easy to scratch) and a beautiful picture. However, if you buy it unlocked for use in the United States, MMS (picture, mp3, news) will not work! I was surprised. Everything else works fine, even text messages. I spoke with AT & T to try to get it to work, but after an hour on the phone they said it could be that this phone is not unlocked is not available to work in the United States all functions. But if you can live without MMS, this phone is impressive.

   Advantages: clear screen even in bright sunlight, build quality, features, customizable, built in stylus, Micro SD up to 8 GB

   ; Cons: camera (no autofocus, no flash), a small QWERTY keyboard, FM radio can not be reproduced without the attached headphones.

   I had the phone for about a month and a half and I would say I’m pretty disappointed.

   Pros:
   The phone is a pleasure to
   ; Micro SD card slot is a nice feature relatively
   scratch
   fits comfortably in your pocket
   user interface is pretty easy to connect external speakers sound good

   The plot function is fun

   Cons: Owner

   helmet LG Texting is useless, the words disappear when the QWERTY keyboard function handwriting with pen is very difficult, you need a letter at a time or it will write everything they wrote in a letter mash
   It takes a long time to turn out so you can forget your phone tear to one quick shot of something before it away
   The touchscreen is not responding sometimes
   No multimedia SMS in the U.S.
   There are no other applications that you receive
   Document Reader is not friendly
   The organizer is the “skeleton”
   No Document reader is not compatible with Office 07
   battery life is at best mediocre
   It’s very expensive, since the lack of features

   I understand that this is an unlocked phone, not intended for U.S. market was made, but the phone is an absolute disgrace. It has some nice features, but the negative outweigh the positive aspects. I knew that going into this that there is no text messaging and multimedia capabilities that the browser has been botched, but I can at least expect to send a quick text message. Helmet LG owners are also pain: they are uncomfortable, the sound quality is mediocre at best, and its durability is questionable. Make sure to order itself, an adapter or a spare part, because my helmet is already broken and I have to wait for the new coming in

   If it were not for the touch screen of the phone almost unusable I would have given at least 3 stars. If you put any text in many (or no), do not buy this phone.

   I ordered this phone in September, and thought I would be able to browse the Internet and access to T-Mobile browser, media player, after several unsuccessful attempts to open the browser, T-Mobile has finally sent to a ” patch “to the phone that has access to the Internet as accessible as possible, have developed for this phone would allow Euro. I could see a few pages to read but my e-mail could, that’s it. Watching You Tube videos or not, nobody is listening, AOL Music and other media streaming. I spoke with Vibe Cellular, the problem of access to the Internet have suggested they call the T-Mobile and LG, which would fopr fair share of what it was worth. I bought this thinking it is fully compatible with T-Mobile. . .
   I thought, what the heck, who needs the internet anyway. . .
   The phone came with a circular cross-charger (European Art Cycle 50), without an adapter. I ordered a separate charger (from Amazon), which has not fully charge the phone. I’ve also
   not the 8GB card I have ordered and paid for. Instead I received a 2-GB card. Both issues were later resolved by Vibe cell, after I contacted them.
   If the phone has after receiving the full burden of the situation started to show about issues.
   The phone lock after Appx. 15 seconds of inactivity. I have repeatedly changed the settings to enable, 1 minutes (that was the longest time in the options), but the phone has not changed, it remains closed after a few seconds.
   I also had problems sending and receiving messages. I sat down with T-Mobile and thought the problem was solved after taking Appx. 30 minutes and 2 T for different mobile agents know how to fix it.
   I could not always to send messages, but sometimes could. . . can not explain, other than to say that there is no rhyme or reason? I want to send a message to someone who will be in the conversation, and suddenly there was an error detected?
   Got me a message error 15, a ten times a day?
